BRIEF

Landscape & ecological input into preparation of a Conservation Plan and Options Appraisal Report for restoration of an important 18th Century house, formal gardens and 150 hectares of parkland in South Yorkshire as a second stage application to the Heritage Lottery Fund for a grant.

Survey of current condition, recreational usage & demand; documentary research into history and archaeology of the site; user surveys, behavioural mapping & latent demand research; design of option proposals and Development Masterplans to repair & restore the park and gardens; detailed cost estimates & programming; capital & projected revenue budget costings
